The City is proposing a number of community enhancement projects over the next few years. Notably, a pickleball court in William F. Lede Park, a multiway on 47^th Avenue connecting 50^th Avenue to 65^th Avenue, Leduc Golf Club parking lot and cart path improvements, Alexandra Park brick trail removal and replacement, and an environmental assessment for wetlands for the future shale trails in Lions Park. 

Additional projects may be added throughout this period as they are identified through Community Development and approved through the City’s budget process. All scopes of services will pertain to community enhancement projects and will be the responsibility of the Successful Proponent to provide all the engineering services (preliminary engineering, design engineering, field inspection, and project management services) in consultation with the City in order to complete the construction of the identified projects. The scope in this RFP includes detailed design and construction management services for 2023 and 2024 with the potential two year contract extension.
