The City of Leduc Lede Park Roundabout & Site Servicing project consists of:

Generally, the work includes, but is not limited to the following:

• Site preparation and management, including pedestrian and vehicular traffic control measures
  and delineation of work zones.
• Saw cutting, removal, and disposal of existing hard surfacing materials.
• Removal and disposal of existing soft surfacing materials.
• Removal and disposal of existing water distribution infrastructure.
• Storm sewer installation, including mains, manholes, catch basins, catch basin manholes, and culverts.
• Water service installation, including a portion by use of trenchless method.
• Site grading including import, export, and common excavation.
• Fine grading, balancing, and preparation of subgrade within the project limits.
• Placement of concrete works, including curb and gutter, monolithic walk, curb ramps, separate walk, raised crosswalk.
• Construction of existing road base including subgrade preparation, granular base course, and asphalt supply and placement.
• Dog park construction at two sites including fencing, gates, and water services.
• Inlaid thermoplastic lane marking and signage.
• Rehabilitation of impacted (including re-grading) landscaping features including placement of topsoil and sod/seed over disturbed areas.
