The objective of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from qualified architectural consulting firms for the design and construction contract administration services for Fire Hall #3. The City is currently supported by two fire halls. As the City continues to grow, a third fire hall is required to support the industrial subdivisions and east residential areas. The City is requesting proposals from qualified and interested firms to provide architectural consulting services as the lead firm along with their assembled sub-consultant teams, to provide services for a new fire hall and training centre. Proponents will provide a complete team of professionals with current related experience for this project and will include references and documentation to support the qualifications and capabilities of the project team. |
