The City of Leduc Willow Park Rehabilitation 2024 consists of the following:

Generally, the work includes, but is not limited to the following:
 Site preparation and management, including pedestrian and vehicular traffic control measures and delineation of work zones.
 Saw cutting and removal of existing hard surfacing materials to be disposed of offsite.
 Removal and disposal of existing soft surfacing materials.
 Removal and disposal of existing hard surfacing materials.
 Removal and disposal of existing sanitary sewer infrastructure.
 Removal and disposal of existing storm sewer infrastructure.
 Removal and disposal of existing water distribution infrastructure.
 Removal and disposal of existing sanitary and water service infrastructure.
 Storm sewer installation, including utility mains, manholes, and catch basins.
 Water main installation, including utility mains, valves, hydrants, and fittings.
 Underground spot repair of existing conflicts and tie in to existing infrastructure.
 Minor underground utility adjustments as necessary.
 Fine grading, balancing, and preparation of subgrade within the project limits.
 Placement of concrete works, including curb and gutter, monolithic walk, separate walk, swales, curb ramps, and residential crossings (driveways).
 Construction of traffic calming measures including raised concrete pedestrian crossings and curb extensions. 

 Reconstruction of existing road base including subgrade preparation, granular base course, and asphalt supply and placement.
 Placement of road structure, including gravel base course and asphalt pavement.
 Mill and overlay of existing road surfaces adjacent to reconstruction surface works.
 Adjustment of manholes and valves to match asphalt elevations.
 Inlaid thermoplastic lane markings.
 Supply and installation of solar pedestrian crossing per City of Leduc standards.
 Rehabilitation of impacted (including regrading) landscaping features including placement of topsoil and sod/seed over disturbed areas.
