The overall goal of this project is to inform the development of the City’s strategic compensation framework and total compensation program. This will be done through a review of the current compensation systems and structures to ensure sound practice and effectiveness, and a market review of its comparison municipalities that will include salary / wage, benefits and related total compensation elements. |
