The City intends to replace its existing municipal tax and utility system with a proven, modern tax and utility system solution for municipalities integrating with the City’s ERP solution (Workday). 

The RFPQ is the first stage in this procurement process, in identifying proponents that have a municipal taxation and utilities software solution that meets the City’s high level requirements. Detailed software requirements are not being considered at this stage as detailed specifications, solution presentation and in-depth demo will be part of the RFPQ stage. Prequalified Proponents will be invited to the RFPQ stage.
