The City of Leduc invites bids for the Third Floor Fit-up at the City of Leduc Protective Services Building located at 4119 - 50 Street in Leduc, Alberta. The work includes the interior improvements to the third floor of the Protective Services Building. The scope of work requires architectural, mechanical, and electrical. The project start date is March 15, 2023 and work is to be completed by May 30, 2023. A non-mandatory site tour is scheduled for 1:00 p.m., February 2, 2023. |
