The City of Leduc invites Proponents to submit a formal proposal in response to this Request for Proposals for the Development of a Target IT Operating Model for its Corporate Information Technology department. This model will serve as a strategic blueprint, defining the optimal future state of IT operations, including organizational structure, processes, governance, technology and service delivery models.
