The objective of this RFP is to solicit Proposals from qualified engineering consulting firms for the design, construction contract administration and construction supervision services for Telford Cemetery. The responsibilities of the Successful Proponent will include, but are not limited to, the following: design, preparing a contract and construction documents (including construction drawings), construction tendering, project management and construction supervision, coordination of services, utility coordination, and post construction (including record drawings). Proponents will provide a complete team of professionals with current related experience for this project and will include references and documentation to support the qualifications and capabilities of the project team. |
