The City of Leduc invites Proponents to submit a formal proposal in response to this Request for Proposals to create an affordable and missing-middle housing program. 

The program will directly inform City decision-making by identifying where development can and should occur, guiding land disposition strategies, prioritizing City-owned lands, and supporting policy implementation and partner engagement. The program will identify the challenges for developing properties, reduce uncertainty and risks for private developers and non-profits, improve development readiness, and establish a repeatable, data-driven approach to delivering housing sites over the long term.
