The City is proposing to undertake the next phase of the Spine Road and extend 65th Avenue East. This will bridge the connection for the Alberta Global Trade Corridor which connects the CP Rail yard in Edmonton to the Edmonton International Airport via the completed section of Spine Road in Nisku. It will be the responsibility of the Successful Proponent to provide engineering services (preliminary engineering, design engineering, field inspection, infrastructure analysis, and project management services) in consultation with the City to complete the construction of the identified project.
