The primary objective of this request for pre-qualification process is to pre-qualify up to five service providers who will work closely with the City of Leduc to provide public relations/strategic communications services on an “as-needed” basis. The selected firms will support the municipality in enhancing public awareness, fostering community engagement, managing media relations, and effectively communicating key initiatives, policies, and crisis response efforts. The municipality aims to establish a list of qualified PR firms that can be contracted as needed to proactively manage communications, provide crisis communication support, and develop comprehensive messaging strategies that align with the municipality’s goals and priorities.

The following service providers have been pre-qualified to provide public relations / strategic communications services on an "as-needed" basis. The pre-qualification pool will be utilized as required, at the City’s sole discretion, to meet the City’s needs. The City does not guarantee business or make any guarantee of the value or volume of work that may be assigned to any proponent that has pre-qualified. The City may determine to include or exclude any projects from this pre-qualification and may obtain the same or similar services through internal resources or through another competitive process.
